Joseph Rackman's practice involves all aspects of creating, executing and administering cutting-edge pension, profit sharing, health, welfare, and executive and employee compensation programs.

Joseph's practice focuses on advising clients on the myriad of pension issues that arise when buying or selling businesses and he is skilled in handling both U.S. Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits. On many occasions, Joseph has rectified administrative problems involving plans that otherwise would have resulted in prohibitive penalties for his clients.

  • Representation of large media companies in both the acquisition and disposition of television stations.
  • Counseling a nationally known not-for-profit group in all aspects of its benefits issues.
  • Dealing with the opening of new businesses for an international, Swiss-based, company, as well as closing down or disposing of certain of its operations.
