Al-Yaqoub Attorneys & Legal Advisers
Hogan Lovells has an association agreement with the leading Saudi Arabian law firm Al-Yaqoub Attorneys & Legal Advisers (AYALA). The association operates in Riyadh and Jeddah, where AYALA has its offices. AYALA is a leading full service firm in Saudi. AYALA is a six lawyer firm and is headed by Montasir Al-Mohammed. Montasir was previously head of legal services at Andersen Legal and Ernst & Young Legal for almost a decade in Saudi Arabia.

Bogdanovic, Dolicki & Partners
Bogdanovic, Dolicki & Partners is Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Croatia. Based in Zagreb, the firm advises investors into Croatia on the establishment of representative branches and subsidiaries, setting up joint ventures, and other investments. The firm also provides dispute resolution advice including the enforcement of claims. Clients include banks, insurance companies, industrial and commercial enterprises, as well as tour operators. The firm is led by partner Tin Dolicki.

Partos & NobletPartos & Noblet is an Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Hungary. Based in Budapest, the firm provides a full range of legal services including corporate and commercial law including M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and real estate law. The firm is led by partners Dr. László Partos and Christopher Noblet. László is the managing partner of the office, and his main areas of focus are arbitration and dispute resolution, corporate and commerce, capital markets and finance, venture capital and private equity. Christopher is an English qualified solicitor and a Registered EU lawyer at the Budapest Bar. He advises clients on M&A, commercial law, financings, and real estate projects.

Hogan Lovells is a member of the Sino-Global Legal Alliance.
